Les jardins de l'élephant, a stone’s throw from the restaurant carries a multitude of varieties of vegetables that come straight from our gardens a few kilometres outside town. So as to remain in keeping with the philosophy of the restaurant, we have opted for organic farming. We only use natural fertilisers and time honoured methods.
