Les jardins de l'élephant, a stone’s throw from the restaurant carries a multitude of types of plants and flowers. All our products come from our gardens located a few kilometres from the centre of town. We have opted for an agriculture that respects the environment and so only use natural fertilisers and time honoured methods.
